Returns are accepted for products unused and in original packaging. Personalized, intimate, or sanitary items cannot be returned due to safety reasons.

You must request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns or refunds requested after this window are not eligible.

Before returning, please contact customer service to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages without this number may be rejected.

Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, potentially minus restocking or shipping fees.

If the refund doesn’t appear after a reasonable time, please consult your bank or card issuer. Our team is available for further assistance.

Returned sale items are eligible for refund based on the price paid.

To exchange for a different size or color, contact our support team. Availability and additional fees may apply.

For returns, contact us for an RA number, pack the item carefully with original tags and accessories, mark the RA number clearly, and send it to the address provided, preferably with a tracking option.

Restocking fees may apply depending on product condition.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.
